Exhibitor Services Manual

The Exhibitor Services Manual is now available through Expresso, GES’ planning, ordering and management system. As the official decorator, GES hosts the ESM which allows exhibitors to access show details, order booth furnishings and order services like material handling and labor. You will need to create a user name and password if you do not have an existing one. It takes a few short moments, and if you exhibit at other shows where GES is the decorator, you'll be able to use the same credentials. Please note, you'll be leaving UBM's DESIGN West site, and going to GES Expresso site to access the ESM. Visit the DESIGN West 2013 Exhibitor Services Manual.

Exhibitor Invites

Exhibitor Invites is a free marketing tool that makes it easy for you to reach out to your prospects and customers about your presence at DESIGN West (and offer them a free Expo Pass!).

As an exhibitor, you get up to three FREE, customizable emails that you can update with your own copy, images and logo, and send to your own lists any time before the event. Your lists are 100% secure with Exhibitor Invites - none of your lists will be rented, sold or used for any other purpose.

The first exhibitor who deploys all three emails by Friday, March 29, 2013 will receive three complimentary All Access passes to DESIGN West 2013 - valued at more than $2,000 each!

Virtual Press Office

All DESIGN West exhibitors will have the opportunity to submit their press kits and press releases through the Virtual Press Office! Not only does this improve your company's carbon footprint, it extends your message to a global audience and ensures your press materials get maximum exposure before, during and after the show.

DESIGN West Exhibitors: submit your press releases FREE of Charge to the DESIGN West Virtual Press Office.*

Exhibitors: To create your complimentary online press kit, please send up to three (3) documents as attachments to files@vpoinc.com. Please include in subject, "(Company Name) - DESIGN West Press Kit Submission."

Exhibitor Booth Staff Registration
and Company & Product Information

You can now register your Booth Staff as well as submit Company & Product Information in the exhibitor portal. Only the Primary Contact and assigned personnel will be able to access the Exhibitor Portal. To obtain your password, (or to re-set it), please click on “Obtain Password/Forgot Password” on the Exhibitor Portal login page.

To have your company logo included on our Exhibitor List, submit your logo directly to Sara Friden . NOTE: The logo MUST be in the appropriate format, or it will be returned to resubmit. Specs for Logo: JPEG or GIF format required; maximum 200X200 pixels.
